Suspicious Activity Rules
- Account and Bet Actions
- BetJili may void, suspend, or terminate bets/accounts for suspicious activities, including:
- Using VPNs or changing IPs frequently.
- Creating multiple accounts.
- Passing funds, self-matching, courtsiding, or syndicate betting.
- Match-fixing, abuse, fluke hunting, and commission making.
- Final Decisions
- All decisions are final with no appeals entertained.
Third-Party Errors
- Liability for Data Errors
- BetJili is not liable for errors in betting data or results from third-party issues (e.g., technical problems).
- Accuracy of Information
- Customers must verify event status and information before placing bets.
Palpable Errors
- Correction of Errors
- BetJili may correct any obvious errors and void affected bets even after event completion.
- Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for placing bets correctly.
- Void Bets
- Bets can be voided if:
- Placed at incorrect prices due to delayed coverage.
- The event is already known.
- Late bets are voided.
- Error Reporting
- Customers must report any mistakenly credited amounts immediately. All winnings from such errors will be forfeited.
Customer Betting Disputes
- Dispute Resolution
- Users should contact BetJili with concerns or complaints regarding bets or market settlements.
General Exchange Rules
- Managing In-Play Markets
- Market Suspension
- BetJili will attempt to suspend in-play markets at event start and end times but does not guarantee timely suspensions.
- Customer Responsibility
- Customers must manage their in-play bets at all times.
- Invalid Bets
- Bets made after scheduled event times or during incorrect suspensions are invalid.
Results and Market Settlement
- Official Results
- Markets are settled based on official results from governing bodies unless stated otherwise.
- Resettlements
- Markets may be resettled if official outcomes change or if errors are identified.
- Withdrawals and Disqualifications
- Bets may be voided according to specific sports rules.
Abandonments, Cancellations, Postponements
- Match and Event Non-Completion
- If events are not completed within three days of the scheduled date, bets are void unless the event is rescheduled within this period.
- Tournament outcomes must be determined within 90 days, or bets will be void.
Change of Venue
- Team Sports
- Bets are void if the venue changes to the home ground of the original away team.
- Other Markets
- Bets stand if the venue change does not involve team sports.
Dead Heat
- Dead Heat Rule
- When there are more winners than expected, the stake money is proportionally reduced, and winnings are paid on the reduced stake.
Part C: Specific Sports Rules for BetJili Sports Products
1. Cricket Rules
- Match Non-Completion
- Bets are invalid if no ball is bowled.
- Weather Shortened Matches
- Bets are settled based on official results.
- Super Over Rule
- Bets on Super Over results are settled as Dead Heat if scores are tied unless more than one Super Over is played.
2. Soccer Rules
- Material Events
- Bets may be voided if not suspended on time for goals, penalties, or red cards.
- VAR Decisions
- Bets matched after VAR reviews are voided.
- Match Non-Completion
- Bets are void if matches are not completed within three days.
- Friendly Matches
- Bets apply to full match duration plus stoppage time.
3. Tennis Rules
- Retirements and Disqualifications
- Bets are void if less than one set is completed.
- Venue Changes
- Bets stand regardless of venue changes.
- Match Duration Changes
- Bets are void if match duration changes except for specific competitions.
4. General Cricket Rules

5. Premium Cricket
General Rules:
- Settlement follows official competition rules.
- Void bets if no official result.
- For T20/ODIs/Limited Overs matches, void if <80% of scheduled overs bowled due to external factors.
- A match abandoned due to external factors voids bets unless a winner is declared by official competition rules.
- Bets are void if the match isn’t replayed within 48 hours.

- Tie settled by dead heat rules if no official winner.
- Bowl off or super over winner determines bet settlement.
- First Class match ties settled as dead-heats between teams.

- Tied Match:
- Settled by official result.
- Void if the match is abandoned or no official result.
- First Class tie defined by second innings bowled out with level scores.
- Runs in First Over:

- Includes extras and penalty runs.
- “The Hundred” format specifies 5-ball overs.
- Runs off First Delivery:
- Determined by runs added to the team total off the first ball.
- Includes illegal deliveries as valid.

- Most Fours/Sixes:
- Void if <80% of scheduled overs bowled in either innings due to external factors.

- Any score of 50 or above counts as a fifty; similarly for hundred.

- Void if <80% of scheduled overs bowled due to external factors.
- All runs, including extras, count towards settlement.
- “The Hundred” format specifies 5-ball overs.
- Top Batsman, Bowler/Man of the Match:
- Void bets on players not in the starting XI.
- Bets stand for players in the starting XI who do not bat/bowl.
- Match Top Batsman:
- Void if <50% of scheduled overs bowled in either innings at the time the bet was placed due to external factors.
- Applies to first innings only in First Class matches.
- Dead heat rules apply if scores are tied.
- Match Top Bowler:
- Void if <50% of scheduled overs bowled in either innings at the time the bet was placed due to external factors.
- Applies to first innings only in First Class matches.
- Dead heat rules apply if wickets taken are tied.
- Team of Top Batsman:
- Same rules as Match Top Batsman.
- Dead heat rules apply if scores are tied.
- Team of Top Bowler:
- Same rules as Match Top Bowler.
- Dead heat rules apply if no man of the match is declared.
- Runs off Delivery:
- Determined by runs off the specified delivery.
- Includes all runs, legal or illegal.
- “The Hundred” format specifies 5-ball overs.
- Runs in Over:
- Over must be completed for bets to stand.

- Boundary in Over:

- Innings Runs/Over:
- Determined by total runs divided by the number of completed overs.
- Applies to innings completed or innings declared closed.
- Innings Wickets/Over:
- Determined by total wickets divided by the number of completed overs.
- Applies to innings completed or innings declared closed.
- Runs off Delivery:
- Determined by runs off the specified delivery.

- Innings Runs/Over:
- Determined by total runs divided by the number of completed overs.
- Applies to innings completed or innings declared closed.
- Innings Wickets/Over:
- Determined by total wickets divided by the number of completed overs.
- Applies to innings completed or innings declared closed.
- Top Bowler in Innings:
- Result determined by the bowler with the highest number of wickets in an individual innings.
- In limited overs matches, bets void if less than 50% of scheduled overs are bowled due to external factors.
- First Class matches: applies only to the first innings of each team, void if fewer than 200 overs bowled unless settlement is already determined.
- Named players at the toss who are later removed as concussion subs are counted, as are their replacements.
- If a named bowler does not bowl but was in the starting XI, bets stand.
- If a bowler substituted in after the in-play market is offered takes the most wickets, bets are void unless there is a dead-heat.
- In case of tied wickets, the bowler with the fewest runs conceded wins. Dead heat rules apply if tied on both wickets and runs.
- Wickets in a super over do not count. No wickets taken in an innings voids all bets.
- Last Man Standing:
- Winner is the last batsman to face a delivery if multiple batsmen are not out at innings completion.
- Players retiring hurt or not batting are not considered not out.
- If more than 11 players bat, the market is void.
- In limited overs matches, bets void if innings reduced after bet placement due to external factors.
- Batsman Runs:
- Batsman’s score at innings end due to declaration, reaching allotted overs, or target is the result.
- Bets void if the batsman does not bat or is not in the starting XI.
- If a batsman retires hurt and returns later, total runs count. If not, final score at retirement counts.
- Limited overs matches: bets void if <80% of scheduled overs bowled unless settlement determined.
- Drawn First Class matches: bets void if fewer than 200 overs bowled unless settlement determined.
- Runs in a super over do not count.
- Batsman Fours/Sixes:
- Result based on number of fours/sixes at innings end due to declaration, reaching allotted overs, or target.
- Bets void if the batsman does not bat or is not in the starting XI.
- If a batsman retires hurt and returns later, total fours/sixes count. If not, final count at retirement counts.
- Limited overs matches: bets void if <80% of scheduled overs bowled unless settlement determined.
- Drawn First Class matches: bets void if fewer than 200 overs bowled unless settlement determined.
- Only fours/sixes scored from the bat (including off any delivery) count; overthrows and extras do not count.
- Fours/sixes in a super over do not count.
- Batsman Milestones:
- As per Batsman Runs rules.
- Method of Dismissal:
- If the specified batsman is not out, all bets are void.
- If the specified batsman retires and does not return, all bets are void.
- If the batsman returns and is dismissed, bets stand.
- Fall of Next Wicket:
- Result is total runs if the team reaches allotted overs, target, or declares before the specified wicket falls.
- Retiring hurt does not count as a wicket.
- Limited overs matches: bets void if <80% of scheduled overs bowled unless settlement determined.
- Drawn First Class matches: bets void if fewer than 200 overs bowled unless settlement determined.
- Next Man Out:
- Bets are void if either batsman retires hurt or different batsmen are at the crease.
- Bets are void if no more wickets fall.
- Batsman Match Bet:
- Settled on official scores as per Batsman Runs rules.
- Limited overs matches: bets void if <80% of scheduled overs bowled after bet placement due to external factors unless settlement determined.
- Method of Next Wicket Dismissal:
- Settled on official scores as per Batsman Runs rules.
- Limited overs matches: bets void if <80% of scheduled overs bowled after bet placement due to external factors unless settlement determined.
- Caught and bowled included in Fielder Catch.
- Bowler Match Bet:
- Limited overs matches: bets void if <80% of scheduled overs bowled unless settlement determined.
- Drawn First Class matches: bets void if fewer than 200 overs bowled unless settlement determined.
- Both players must be named in starting XI or appear as substitutes. Bets stand if either does not bowl.
- Wickets in a super over do not count.
- All-Rounder Match Bet:
- Points: 1 point per run, 20 points per wicket, 10 points per catch, 25 points per stumping.
- Limited overs matches: bets void if <80% of scheduled overs bowled unless settlement determined.
- Drawn First Class matches: bets void if fewer than 200 overs bowled unless settlement determined.
- Both players must be named in starting XI or appear as substitutes. Bets stand if either does not bat or bowl.
- Points in a super over do not count.
- Keeper Match Bet:
- Points as per All-Rounder Match Bet.
- Limited overs matches: bets void if <80% of scheduled overs bowled unless settlement determined.
- Drawn First Class matches: bets void if fewer than 200 overs bowled unless settlement determined.
- Both players must start as wicket keepers or appear as substitutes. Bets stand if their roles change.
- Points in a super over do not count.
- Free Hit:
- Result based on runs added to the team total off the specified delivery.
- If re-bowled due to an illegal delivery, runs from the second free hit do not count.
- Extras and penalty runs count towards settlement.
- Race to ‘X’ Runs:
- All bets stand regardless of curtailment.
- If neither batsman reaches the specified runs, market settled as ‘Neither’.
- Next to Hit Six:
- All bets stand regardless of curtailment.
- If neither batsman scores a six after the bet is offered, the market settles as ‘Neither’.
- Overthrows and extras do not count.
- Winning Over:
- All bets are void if no official result.
- Limited overs matches: bets void if maximum overs possible are reduced after bet placement.
- Toss Winner:
- Bets void if Toss result known before bet placement.
- Bets void if no Toss takes place.
- Notes for all Markets:
- Players sent off/retired:Treated as retired out, settled as a wicket.
- Concussion substitutions:Player leaving as a concussion sub not counted as a wicket. Players entering as a concussion sub are considered as having played a full part.
- Penalty runs after innings end:Not counted towards previous innings markets.
- The Hundred format:Over consists of 5 legal deliveries, full innings is 20 overs. All other rules are the same as other limited overs formats.
6. Premium Tennis
- Default, Retirement, Walkover:All undecided bets void.
- Delays:Markets remain unsettled until the match continues.
- Penalty Points:All bets on the game stand.
- Match Finished Early:Affected point/game-related markets void.
- Incorrect Score:Markets remain open with significant score impact may be voided.
- Incorrect Player/Team Display:Right to void betting.
- Player Retires:All undecided markets void.
- Match Tie-Break:Considered as the 3rd set in Bo3 format.
- Tie-Break:Counts as 1 game.
7. Premium Soccer
- Non-Standard Match Format:Right to void any market.
- Different Rules/Format:Right to void any market.
- Regular Time Only:Unless stated otherwise.
- Match Not Completed/Played:All undecided markets void.
- Uncovered Matters:Decision based on equity.
- Outright Markets:All In Run Or Not; settled as loss if selection does not participate.
- In-Play Asian Handicap:Match Scoreline treated as 0:0 at bet placement time.
- VAR Decisions:Settlement may be reversed if incorrect due to VAR; bets between incident and VAR decision deemed void unless unaffected.
- Terms and Conditions Language:English version prevails in discrepancies.
- Regular 90 Minutes:Includes added injury/stoppage time; not extra-time, penalty shootout, golden goal.
- Settlement and Cancellation:Voids betting if significant events occur and markets remain open; incorrect match times or scores, matches interrupted or postponed beyond 48 hours.
- Matches Abandonments:Live matches void except for determined outcomes; friendly matches void if abandoned before 80 minutes.
- Booking Markets:Yellow card = 1, red/yellow-red card = 2; 2nd yellow not counted; max 3 cards per player; non-player cards not considered.
- Booking Points Markets:Yellow = 10, red/yellow-red = 25; 2nd yellow not counted; max 35 points per player; non-player cards not considered.
- Corner Markets:Un-taken corners not considered.
- Next Goalscorer:Own goals ignored; all players since kickoff
